Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to join our client`s team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will manage healthcare, commercial, and residential projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handling a variety of projects and working with different teams.

Key

• Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Work with clients, contractors, and teams to make sure projects run smoothly.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Client Management:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Address client concerns and project changes quickly.

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead and coordinate internal and external teams.
  • Help guide and mentor junior team members.

• Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues early.
  • Develop solutions to avoid project delays.

• Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Ensure projects meet industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor the quality of work and ensure client expectations are met.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and project documentation.

• Degree in Project Management, Construction, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, especially with healthcare, commercial, and residential projects.
• Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Preferred:

• Experience with healthcare, commercial, and residential construction projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
