Job Summary
Requirements:
- Matric
- 2-3 years of payroll experience
- Must have timesheets and payroll experience
- Sage 300 experience will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering time records from employees and calculating hours worked and pay received for each employee accurately.
- Ensure that time records are accurate and that any inconsistencies or errors are resolved.
- Checking missed clockings
- Capturing leave
- Following up on timesheet queries with employees, supervisors and managers
- Fixing errors
- Printing timesheets
- Checking invoices against invoice list received
- Submitting invoices for sign off
- Submitting signed invoices to the Finance department
- Printing & sending weekly timesheets
- Capturing leave
- Loading employees on Eco – Time
- Enrolling employee fingerprints
- Amend clockings
- Checking of invoices
- Following up on invoice queries
- Submitting invoices for sign off
- Submitting signed invoices to the labour broker
- Registering employees for the ESS portal
- Resetting passwords
- Approving leave
- Printing sick notes from ESS
- Removing input from the previous months payroll folders for filing and input for next month
- Attaching input to timesheets
- Loading new employees
- Calculation of hours on timesheets
- Signing off of timesheets
- Printing Payroll reports
