Durban: Legal Secretary

Minimum requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Legal Secretary position Proficient computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience with AJS (advantageous) Basic bookkeeping experience (advantageous) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently Experience assisting with invoicing, payments, and client follow-ups Ability to manage office supplies, including ordering and distribution of stationery Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently Immediate availability will be an advantage Consultant: Tarren Roodt – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
