About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Durban, where you will leverage your fleet sales experience to drive growth in our telematics solutions market. As a consultative seller, you will build long-term relationships with commercial fleet clients, helping them improve safety, reduce risk, and operate more efficiently through video telematics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within commercial fleet environments
  • Engage fleet managers and operations decision-makers through consultative sales discussions
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle camera systems and video telematics platforms
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet, telematics, logistics, security, or technology solutions
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand operational and risk-based client needs
  • Experience engaging decision-makers and managing longer sales cycles

Qualifications

  • Matric (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Salary & Benefits

  • R20,000 basic salary plus performance-based commission
