Job Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of all factory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment longevity.
- Support production teams in identifying and resolving mechanical issues to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead projects aimed at improving production processes, efficiency, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into production workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all plant operations.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively for maintenance and engineering projects.
