Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and build ranges to suit customer needs and present ranges to customers. Oversee the entire product sampling process Oversee the complete development process including conducting product research Identify existing and new on-trend products in the market Re-engineer products to optimise quality and cost efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field would be ideal Previous experience in merchandising, or supply chain management in the textile or manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality standards Strong organizational and time management skills
