Job & Company Description:

As a Fermentation Supervisor, you’ll oversee the operation of fermentation plants and utilities, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and food safety requirements. You’ll manage plant procedures, monitor parameters, and coordinate maintenance activities while driving operational excellence and team collaboration.

Education:

• BSc or MTech in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology (essential)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fermentation plant operations
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of fermentation technology and plant unit operations
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work continuous shifts and under pressure
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Good report writing and communication abilities
