About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow, risk management, and financial planning
Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and recommend corrective actions as needed

Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to build and manage effective teams
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
