Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• 8–10 years’ experience in a financial management role
• Solid background in automotive or wholesale industries (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and accounting principles
• Proven leadership and management experience with a track record of building capable teams
• Confident, mature, and outspoken personality with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in financial management
• Strong background in the automotive, spare parts, or manufacturing industry is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
