• Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls

• Oversee tax compliance, VAT, and statutory submissions

Operational Finance:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control
• Monitor inventory costing, stock movement, and pricing structures

• Oversee payroll processing and related reconciliations

Leadership & Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor finance staff
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or similar (Honors / CIMA / CA(SA) advantageous)
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in financial management
• Strong background in the automotive, spare parts, or manufacturing industry is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
