This key leadership role is responsible for the full operational management of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, financial sustainability, and the continued development of a passionate and professional team. The successful candidate will act as brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of service excellence while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. The position would suit a highly driven and polished hospitality professional with a strong background in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment, with at least 3 years at executive management level A relevant degree or diploma Financial acumen and operational expertise across all departments and must have exceptional F&B and Rooms Division experience & knowledge. Sound understanding of budgets, forecasting, and revenue management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent guest service orientation with a genuine passion for hospitality A passion for delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining brand integrity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera, and Micros Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required Stable and progressive employment history and contactable references.
