Responsibilities:
- General reception duties and email management
- Managing office stationery, housekeeping, post box, and petty cash

- Assisting the Facilities department with administration tasks
- Updating schedules and ensuring efficient time management
- Managing property and entities` insurance renewals
Requirements:

Matric
- Diploma or Degree in Office Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of solid administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Own reliable vehicle
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable handling confidential information

Knowledge of MDA and / or TPN programmes is advantageous
