Responsibilities:

Develop accurate patterns from designer specifications and tech packs. Utilise Lectra software to create, modify, and grade patterns. Ensure patterns are production-ready and align with fit, size, and fabric requirements. Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct fittings and adjust patterns accordingly to improve garment construction. Maintain and update pattern libraries for various styles and collections.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of patternmaking experience in clothing manufacturing. Must be skilled in Lectra (essential). Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behaviour, and grading. Ability to produce precise patterns with minimal errors. Strong collaboration skills with designers, cutters, and production teams.
