Requirements:
- Matric is essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Financial Management, an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in debtors/creditors control and account reconciliations.
- At least 3 years’ property and lease administration experience, including recoveries of rental and operating charges.
- Computer literacy (MS Office; SAP experience would be advantageous).
Key Performance Areas:
Report to the Group Property Finance Admin Manager:
- Reconcile Landlord rental invoices in accordance with the Lease agreement and ensure timeous payments.
- Rates calculations and utility charges to be verified in terms of the lease agreements.
- Strict record keeping of monthly meter readings and all supporting documents.
- Accurate invoicing of rentals & recoveries from the sub-tenants.
- Daily follow up and recovery of all outstanding debtors rental accounts.
- Attend to all queries for both Landlord and rental accounts
- Reconcile Landlord and rental accounts.
- Reconcile general ledger to clear any variances on rental paid and recovered.
- Verify head and sub-leases, making sure that the lease obligations are met with regards to payment & recovery.
- Allocate cashbook payments and receipts.
- Submit cash flow for budget / forecast in line with operations.
- Load customers / vendors timeously on Master Data Governance.
- Assist with system implementations and process optimisation initiatives.
- Manage staff including performance contracts/KPIs.
