• Must come from the building and construction industry and have experience overseeing QC for painters
• Minimum of 5 years` experience within the skill of painting and Quality Inspection
• Own vehicle and valid drivers licence preferably
• Physical fitness to inspect surfaces, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Willingness to enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Understanding of paint mixing, application methods (spray, brush, roller), and curing processes.
• Knowledge of different paint types (e.g., epoxy, enamel, latex) and their appropriate applications.
• Ability to identify paint defects such as runs, uneven coatings, peeling, or discoloration.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO, NACE, SSPC).
