Job Summary

Develop and implement a robust quality assurance framework that aligns with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. Establish policies, procedures, and standards for academic and administrative quality. Design and conduct regular evaluations and audits of academic programs, administrative processes, and support services. Develop and utilize performance metrics and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on the findings of quality assessments. Identify areas for improvement based on evaluation results and feedback. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to implement improvement plans. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements. Prepare documentation and reports required for accreditation and reaccreditation processes. Liaise with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies as needed. Ensure all M&E activities comply with relevant ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in M&E within the higher education sector. Participate in external evaluations and audits as needed.
