Resolve customer complaints and concerns calmly and effectively. Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Assist with arranging transportation, excursions, and other special requests. Administrative Tasks: Manage mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and make reservations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Perform basic clerical tasks, such as filing and data entry. Concierge Services: Arrange for transportation and excursions. Provide local knowledge and recommendations. Handle special requests from guests. Building Security: Monitor visitor access and ensure security protocols are followed. Assist with any security-related issues. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
