Route Controller Contractor Location: Durban Job Summary: The primary role of the Route Controller/Sales Supervisor is to oversee the Drivers and Van Assistants, ensuring they are complying with their job functions and manage day to day operational issues. They are responsible for driving sales and customer service on the cash routes. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee Drivers and Van Assistants Ensure compliance with job functions Manage day-to-day operational issues Drive sales and customer service Education: NQF level 4/5/6, matric and preferably a diploma in sales or marketing Skills Required: Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English Good numeracy Good computer literacy especially Excel and e-mail Experience: Previous experience in supervising employees in a sales environment Demonstrating good competence in supervision Track record in sales delivery Additional Expectations: Drivers licence required Work over weekends and public holidays Be on standby and assist in case of absenteeism Sectors: FMCG Functions: Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Dispatching & Receiving, Food & Beverage
