About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Skin Care Sales Ambassador to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the local market. If you have a passion for skin care and excellent sales skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and customer engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Participate in regional sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including customer interactions and product inventory
Requirements
- 2% – 10% Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% – 10%)
- Product allowance (monthly)
- Company Petrol Card Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly)
- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
- Comfortable being on the road – this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
Qualifications
- Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
- Sales driven – this is the core KPI for this role
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
Salary & Benefits
R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month – guaranteed
