Requirements:
– Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, either in a similar role or as a construction foreman at a reputable construction company
– Strong knowledge of concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, and pre-tension steel
– Preferably experienced with mechanical equipment such as concrete batch plants, saw-cutting machines, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranes
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Deadline-driven with the ability to adhere to strict time programmes
– Ability to work accurately under pressure

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and monitor factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
– Oversee planning, casting, and lane stripping
– Communicate daily task requirements clearly to supervisors, operators, and labourers
– Ensure deliveries are dispatched on time
– Address line performance issues, bottlenecks, and breakdowns
– Conduct daily line walks to monitor process control and the accuracy of checklists
– Ensure machinery is cleaned and inspected at the start and end of each shift
– Report maintenance issues immediately and assist with breakdowns
