• Valid SA drivers license and own vehicle
• Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, punctual and well-presented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 
DUTIES

• Answer telephone calls and assist customers with enquiries
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and enquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain a neat and organised counter and store area
• Restock products and monitor inventory levels
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Handle customer queries and support the overall store operations
• Administrative support where needed
