Job Description
- Gr 12 or similar qualification
- Valid SA drivers license and own vehicle
- Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, punctual and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
DUTIES
- Answer telephone calls and assist customers with enquiries
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and enquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a neat and organised counter and store area
- Restock products and monitor inventory levels
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle customer queries and support the overall store operations
- Administrative support where needed
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
