LASER-AESTHETICIAN

DURBANVILLE – Northern Suburbs, Western-Cape (South Africa)

START: A.S.A.P / 05 May 2025 (or sooner)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday – Wednesday 08:00am – 18:00 pm (8-hour shift applies)
• Thursday & Friday 08:00am – 19:00pm (8-hour shift applies)
• Alternating Saturday 08:00am – 15:00pm
• Closed on all major public holidays
• Business closure over Christmas & New Years for all employees

REPORTS TO: Business Owner

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R8,000 Basic per month
• Service Commission
• Retail Commission
• Excellent earning potential

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Somatology obtained
3. LASER HR & SR trained / experienced
4. BONUS – Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have!)
5. Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of a Skin Care & Aesthetic professional
6. Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
7. Computer literate
8. Able to work independently – you will work with a small team and run your own column with our established clientele
9. Accountable, reliable and self-disciplined
10. Mature, professional and proven employment history within aesthetic industry

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 4+ Years experience as a Skin Care Therapist (post-grad)
2. high-end salon or aesthetic therapy experience
3. Experience working with active ingredients
4. Aesthetic devices and advanced treatments
5. LASER hair removal & skin rejuvenation experienced
6. Able to perform standard beauty services (wax, tint, mani, pedi, massage etc. as per client`s request)

1. Confident performing a detailed skin analysis
2. Confidently perform advance skin care treatments, peels and resurfacing treatments & Skin penetrating treatments
3. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
4. Retail confident
5. Confidently re-book clients to build rapport and maintain clientele
6. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
7. Assist in product consideration when expanding the brand, menu creation and general advancement of the business
8. Driven and motivated to upskill by staying up to date with trends and products
9. Confidently promote your services to ensure clients rebook
