Office Administrator Durbanville | Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join a well-established and successful business based in Durbanville. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in Pastel Accounting . Reporting directly to the owner, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office — from administrative coordination to financial processing — while maintaining a polished, professional environment that reflects the company’s high standards. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner and team Maintain and update office processes, procedures, and inventory records Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism Prepare and process pro forma invoices, capture financial data, and balance transactions using Pastel Accounting Support debtor management and general bookkeeping tasks Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and assist with internal communications Ensure the office environment remains organised, efficient, and welcoming Requirements Matric certificate (tertiary qualification in business or accounting advantageous) 5 years’ experience in an administrative or accounting support role Proven proficiency in Pastel Accounting (debtors and invoicing essential) Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal) Well presented and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality
