Overview Our Client is seeking an Ordering Clerk who can think on their feet, remain calm under pressure, and manage fast-paced order coordination. The role involves daily interaction with customers and sales representatives, and experience in a related industry will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Receive and process orders telephonically and via email Plan and coordinate the daily order schedule in a high-pressure environment Maintain efficient communication with clients and representatives Ensure accurate administrative processing of orders REQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12) Computer literate Strong organisational and adaptability skills Excellent communication skills via telephone and email Fully bilingual: Afrikaans & English (spoken and written) Own reliable transport (essential) Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required Strong work ethic and sober habits
