About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for providing commercial input on building services and infrastructure projects, and building strong client relationships with multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost planning, estimates, tenders, and contract administration
- Providing commercial input on building services and infrastructure projects
- Building strong client relationships and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (ASAQS)
- Minimum 6-8 years proven track record in building services and property development projects
- Leadership, commercial insight, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Qualifications
- Formal education in Quantity Surveying or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
