STAKEHOLDER ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – Durbanville, Western Cape
R20 000 – R25 000 Per Month Negotiable on Qualification & Years of Experience
12 MONTH CONTRACT
Our Client, a highly reputable Waste Management concern is in search of a highly organised, confident, service-driven administration professional to join their dynamic team.
You love supporting people and creating order in a fast-paced environment as well as take pride in delivering excellent customer service while keeping administration running smoothly.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries (email & phone)
- Provide member support, training, and guidance
- Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM (BanQ) and data records
- Manage schedules, meetings, minutes, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Support projects and track deadlines
- Assist members with EPR compliance
- Collaborate with Finance, Projects, and other teams
Qualification, Skills and Experience required
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2–3 years’ experience in admin, customer care or call centre environments
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PPT) – Intermediate to Advanced
- CRM experience
- Business English (essential)
- Waste Management & Recycling and / or Environmental and / or Retail and / or Logistics and / or related industry experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
