Job Description

Manage and execute complex accounting activities across multiple areas of the business Handle reconciliations, accruals, and journal postings to ensure all reporting timelines are met Review management accounts, payment batches, balanceâsheet reconciliations, and ageing reports Mentor, support, and upskill junior team members within the finance department Oversee cashâflow forecasting and monitor shortâterm investment movements Compile and submit VAT returns, tax computations, and all statutory submissions (including COIDA and annual compliance filings) Ensure full adherence to tax legislation and oversee any taxârelated audits Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements, audit working papers, and communication with external auditors Maintain corporate documentation such as share registers, resolutions, and other governance records Champion ongoing process optimisation and ensure alignment with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience performing similar financial and accounting responsibilities Strong advanced Excel capabilities Solid knowledge of taxation and SARS eâFiling processes Highly detailâorientated and thorough in execution Able to work autonomously and deliver within strict deadlines Qualification: BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional designation is beneficial but not mandatory Contact Tatum Robinson on
