About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing & Design Officer to join our team at Work Africa in East London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing activities, basic graphic design, lead capturing, and content creation for multiple brands and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp groups; post vehicle updates, promotions, celebrations, and sold vehicles.
- Ensure website stock and information are accurate and up to date; maintain stock images and folders, including sold stock updates.
- Capture and load leads from WhatsApp, social media, mall displays, and events into CMS.
- Design marketing material including flyers, posters, digital ads, business cards, and internal communication material; ensure all designs are CI compliant across all brands.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and basic coordination of mall displays and events; capture photos and ensure marketing assets are stored correctly.
- Maintain a basic marketing and events calendar; assist with reporting and record keeping.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (advantageous)
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or basic graphic design
- Familiarity with CMS systems and social media platforms
- Valid drivers licence (advantageous for events and mall displays)
