Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
– Monitor and manage working capital, and take responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
– Reconciling intercompany loans, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
– Assist in capturing and maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting.
– 1-2 years of experience in a junior financial management role.
Skills:
– Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
