About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior Parts Admin/Costing Clerk to join our team in East London. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations, ensuring seamless parts management, and maintaining accurate costings. Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 1 year experience in Parts administration and costing (autobody repair/automotive service environment advantageous)
- Knowledge of parts sourcing and vehicle components.
- Some experience in costings
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Competency with computers and office software (Excel, email, management systems).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Team-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality service.
- Problem-solver with a positive, professional attitude
