About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensing Administrator to join our team in East London. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for managing and processing monthly bulk and ad-hoc vehicle licensing, ensuring accurate distribution and control of licensing documentation, and coordinating all processes related to vehicle licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing monthly bulk and ad-hoc vehicle licensing
- Ensuring accurate distribution and control of licensing documentation
- Managing COFs and renewal schedules
- Coordinating all processes related to vehicle licensing
- Fuel control and invoicing administration
- Control and monitoring of fire certificates
- Petty cash control related to all fleet activities
- Responsible for ordering consumables and attending to various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed matric certificate
- 4+ years experience in administration
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Knowledge of licensing and related processes would be highly advantageous
- Valid drivers’ license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
