DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:

• Assist the Store/Department Manager with daily store operations
• Supervise staff and ensure high standards of customer service
• Support stock control, ordering, merchandising, and stock rotation
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Open and close the store when required
