Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable own transport
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of international shipping procedures and customs clearance
• In-depth knowledge of SARS, customs regulations, and clearing documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in filing, record-keeping, and general administration
• Experience in purchasing and order processing
• Strong knowledge of import documentation and invoicing processes
• Coordination of freight and clearing activities
• Exposure to warehouse operations and receiving processes
• Internal sales support experience
• Ability to track and support the delivery of imported stock for internal use
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy in data entry and document handling
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Excellent coordination between suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
• Familiarity with import scheduling, costings, and GRV (Goods Received Voucher) procedures
