Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Identifying customers: Generating leads, contacting potential customers, and identifying their needs
- Building relationships: Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building new ones
- Selling: Making targeted pitches, explaining product features, and negotiating prices and terms
- Closing sales: Managing the sales cycle, preparing sales agreements, and closing new business
- Collaborating: Working with colleagues and coordinating with other sales representatives
- Reporting: Preparing reports, proposals, and other documentation
- Key Accounts Management: Managing existing client base
Qualifications
- Matric
- Engineering/ Mechanical related Degree/ Diploma if not Metallurgical &/ or Heat Treatment
Skills
- 3-5 years doing engineering related sales – Metallurgical Services & Heat preferred, Treatment but not essential
- Strong product or service experience with heat treatment
- Own vehicle and valid driver`s license
Salary/Package
R15,000 – R20,000 CTC
Benefits
- Commission (New customers: 10% monthly for the first 6 months, then 5% monthly for the next 6 months, returning customers (not used for 3 months or more): 5% monthly for 6 months)
- Petrol Allowance
- Cell Phone Allowance
