• Provide tailored financial services and product advice to clients
• Assist with personal loan applications and debt consolidation solutions
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and professional service
• Meet daily/weekly targets
• Support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success

Education:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) – compulsory
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related field – advantageous but not essential

Minimum requirements:

• 1–3 years in micro-lending, retail banking, or financial services
• Experience in debt consolidation or collections – advantageous
• Proven background in client-facing roles – essential
• Must have marketing experience as well as dealing with life policies
• Must be willing to travel to Kariega 3 times a week (transport will be provided/use of own vehicle – fuel will be reimbursed)
• Must have a valid drivers licence

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Good understanding of credit risk and lending policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
