Job Summary:
Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Analyst who is a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our client’s team in the logistics and freight industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making within the organization. This role will be based in our Port Elizabeth office and will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
2. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business operations.
3. Conduct financial analysis of various projects, investments, and business initiatives.
4. Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis activities.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
7. Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross–functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros, data visualization,
  etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, with experience in creating, testing, and maintaining workflows
• Familiarity with other Microsoft tools, such as Power BI, Power Query, and SharePoint is
  advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
