JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with a 5* Luxury Lodge in the Eastern Cape to recruit a highly experienced to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned guide who is passionate about conservation, wildlife interpretation, and creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury lodge environment. The successful candidate will have a solid guiding background, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and inspire junior guides. Preference will be given to applicants with assessor or mentor accreditation, advanced FGASA qualifications, and Lead Trails certification Requirements and Experience · 10 years plus experience at a 5* luxury property in a similar position. · Preference will be given to candidates who hold mentor or assessor accreditation. · FGASA Level 3 preferred but no less than Level 2 (Non-negotiable) · Lead Trails essential · ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate · Valid Driver’s license, PrDP and First Aid Level 2 essential · CATHSSETA /DEAT Registered · Photography skills would be beneficial. · Physically fit, charismatic, and confident · Excellent communication and organizational skills · Stable employment history and contactable reference Start Date: ASAP Salary: R35 000 – live in
