As General Manager / Management Couple, you will oversee all aspects of the hotels day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across reservations, reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, grounds, administration, cost control, and guest services. The role calls for a proactive and hands-on approach, excellent organisational skills, and a warm, welcoming presence with both guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all hotel operations, including reservations, front office, housekeeping, F&B, grounds, and administration. Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong personal touch, ensuring attention to detail at every step. Motivate and lead a diverse team while fostering a positive and professional work culture. Drive revenue growth through innovative ideas, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Ensure smooth and efficient cost control, stock management, and financial oversight. Oversee property upkeep, maintenance, and presentation to the highest standards. Uphold a hands-on management style, stepping in across departments when needed. Key Requirements Warm; engaging, and professional presence with both guests and staff. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to implement effective systems. Previous management experience in luxury hospitality Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu planning, costing, wine knowledge, and presentation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities between the couple. A proactive approach with creativity and adaptability to shape and refine guest experiences.
