Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front-desk duties: greeting clients, answering calls, handling bookings
• Data capturing 
• Providing administrative support to the workshop team and management
• Maintaining filing systems and general office organisation
• Assisting with basic finance functions such as debtors and creditors
• Capturing and processing data using Pastel Accounting
• Handling correspondence and managing diaries where needed

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in debtors/creditors processing is advantageous
• Proficiency in Pastel Accounting is a strong advantage
