Job Summary

We have a contract vacancy available for an administrative assistant for an IT Service Provider.The ideal candidate would be an individual that is dynamic and able to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing and have the ability to be forward thinking in improving the organisation.To be successful for this position, you would need to be:* Positive and proactive attitude with ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and the confidence to be a problem solver.* Handle confidential information.* Must be task orientated and committed to service excellence when helping our clients and internal team.* Dynamic and able to think outside of the box.* Fluid in your approach to problem solving, with understanding that every problem can have multiple approaches.* Outgoing personality.* Strong soft skills.* Assist with customer relationship management in a professional conduct including generating of reports for management.* Curious by nature to look for resolutions to problems.

Minimum

Requirements:

* Minimum Grade 12* No criminal record* Under 35 years old* Reliable means of transport to get to work* Well groomed and presented* Code 8 Drivers License* Computer literate (must be proficient in navigating a computer including Office Apps including; Word, Excel, Outlook / email and generating quotes and lists.* Proficient in using Google and other online search platforms for business.
