Key

• Oversee all aspects of the takeaway service, including food preparation, customer service, and order management.
• Lead, train, and supervise takeaway staff, ensuring high standards of performance and customer care.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:
