Job Description

Office Administration is responsible for the effective coordination of administrative, financial and operational support functions within the company. This role ensure that all office, HR, procurement and documentation processes run efficiently, supporting management, production and customer service teams across the business.Key responsibilities* General Office Administration* Financial & Bookkeeping Support* HR & Payroll Support* Procurement & Inventory Coordination* Customer Support* Management & Communication SupportKey Competencies & Skills* Strong organisational and time management skills* Excellent written and verbal communication* High attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to work under pressure* Strong numeracy skills and experience with invoicing and reconciliationsMinimum requirements* Grade (12) Matric – Essential* Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration and Bookkeeping * Minimum 3 – 5 Years experience in similar role within an SME or manufacturing environment* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy* Working knowledge of Pastel, Sage
