Edenvale: Passenger Vehicle Senior Marketing / Digital Manager – Gauteng, Edenvale

Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive a performance-led, digital-first marketing strategy for the Group Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (performance, data/CRM, creative, content, and dealer activation) Oversee digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other digital platforms Ensure OEM CI compliance and alignment with national marketing campaigns Manage and optimise marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting Oversee content production, creative asset development, and brand storytelling Ensure consistent execution of campaigns across several dealerships Maintain dashboards, analytics, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with the Data & CRM Specialist Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance results to EXCO Build strong, collaborative relationships with OEM partners and Dealer Principals Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, digital media, business, or related field Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Digital Strategy) advantageous 710 years experience in senior marketing/digital leadership roles in the automotive industry Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance media Proven ability to manage multi-million-rand marketing budgets Automotive retail or multi-brand environment experience beneficial Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, attribution modelling, and dashboards Comfortable with travel (this will be required to visit other dealerships) Motor Industry experience Essential Key Competencies: Deep expertise in digital marketing and paid media performance Strong commercial acumen with a results and ROI-driven approach Strategic thinker with excellent planning and execution capability Strong leadership with the ability to build and elevate internal capability High data literacy, including dashboards, attribution and analytics tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Agile, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced automotive retail environment Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
