Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Pick products from shelves according to order sheets or electronic systems.
- Pack items securely and neatly, ensuring that they meet the company`s standards.
- Ensure all items are accurately scanned and accounted for before packing.
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch or customer collection.
- Organize stock in the storage area to ensure easy accessibility and efficient picking.
- Collaborate with the stockroom team to maintain an organized and well-stocked environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition before packing.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role (picking, packing, or stock handling) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move boxes or items when needed.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (preferred).
