Responsibilities:
- Collect and return shopping trolleys from parking areas and store entrances.
- Ensure trolleys are clean and in good condition before returning them to the designated trolley bays.
- Assist customers with trolleys when required, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain the organization of trolley bays, ensuring they are always stocked.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning trolleys to the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.
- Assist with basic maintenance of trolley equipment when necessary.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to move large numbers of trolleys.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
