About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury 5-star safari lodge in Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, attention to detail, and service standards throughout the lodge.

Key Responsibilities

Manage housekeeping department staff and operations
Maintain high cleanliness standards across the lodge
Assist Front of House when required
Implement daily stock control and inventory management systems
Ensure guest rooms are serviced to a high standard

Requirements

Proven experience managing a housekeeping department in a lodge or hotel
Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Ability to manage staff, implement daily operations, and maintain order
Guest-focused, organized, and hands-on approach

Qualifications

Proven management experience in a similar role
Relevant qualifications (e.g., hospitality, housekeeping, or related field)

Salary & Benefits

R9,432 per month (DOE), with gratuities, medical aid or provident fund contribution after 3 months. Live-in accommodation is included, as well as uniform and 3 meals daily.
