About the Role

As an Internal Sales Representative at Dante Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support to customers, handling incoming sales enquiries, and contributing to achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical sales support to customers, offering product advice and solutions
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and professional service
  • Capture, manage, and update customer interactions, quotes, and orders accurately on the CRM system
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate stock availability, delivery schedules, and order fulfilment
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delivery or stock-related issues
  • Support the external sales team with product information, pricing, and customer data where required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, specifications, and applications
  • Assist with basic after-sales support, including handling queries, returns, and technical issues
