Matric (Grade 12) Completed qualification in Human Resources or related field Minimum 5 Years experience in a similar role Exposure to labour law and employment equity regulations Exposure to payroll systems and practises Experience in unionised environment Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement workforce plans aligned with OEM goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies nationally. Design and ensure consistent application of HR and IR policies across branches and dealer networks. Identify talent, implement development programs, and create succession planning frameworks. Manage performance systems, develop KPIs, and oversee competitive compensation and benchmarking. Lead collective bargaining, manage union relations, resolve grievances, and ensure labor law compliance (e.g., MIBCO). Conduct audits, develop contingency plans, and mitigate industrial actions. Streamline HR processes with HRMS and data analytics for strategic decisions. Drive training programs, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and safety. Act as a strategic advisor, liaise with industry councils, and oversee CSR initiatives.
