Job Summary
Key Responsibilities : Manage the full conveyancing process for property transfers, including residential and commercial properties. Prepare and process all necessary documentation for property transactions. Liaise with clients, attorneys, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office to ensure seamless transactions. Handle client queries and provide updates throughout the transfer process. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines. Maintain accurate records on Lexis Convey and Ghost Practice. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary. Proficiency in Lexis Convey and Ghost Practice. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of transfer procedures and legal requirements.
