Job Summary:
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced SLP and HRD Manager to join their operations in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Managing Social Labour Plan for the various sites
- Contributing to the development of SLP Plan
- Identify LED and other SLP Projects in consultation with Local Government and other stakeholders
- Facilitates the development of mining Charter reports and DRM audits
- Ensuring integration of all community development initiatives
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree / National Diploma in Community / Social Development Studies
- 5-8 years experience as SLP Manager
- Code 8 Drivers License
