Job Summary

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing workshop operations? Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee our busy service department and take their business to the next level! Requirements: 5 years in a service management or supervisory role in the automotive industry. Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and workshop performance. Technical background and strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid drivers license and relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department. Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through timely, professional service. Drive profitability through effective workshop loading and parts sales. Supervise and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and manufacturer standards.
